Look, here's the thing. I can't just eat one cookie. If I eat 1, there's a good chance I eat 7. I think my sweet tooth overrides my self-control gene or something. So, instead, I'll make up a superfoods shake, which has all the decadent, nutty flavour, so I can indulge without feeling like crap (because, after eating 7 cookies, the sugar wrecks havoc on my entire body).
