Hi Susan! This program is not free of charge; it's a very detailed curriculum created by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. You get a number of resources as well sent to you. I got your application and I can send you some suggestions of free resources that might work for you, as well as answer any questions you might have about the program if you decide you want to invest in yourself!
