4-day A Week Weight-Training & HIIT Cardio Program: LIIFT4

If you've heard of Beachbody, you most likely know that they are, hands down, the best source for at-home workouts that actually get you results. I mean, just take a look at their trainers: Tony Horton, Autumn Calabrese, Chalene Johnson, Shaun T... the list goes on! These super-trainers have created some of the most amazing programs to help you to lose weight, get stronger, eat better, and completely transform your health. 

And there's a new program coming soon!! Want to know the number 1 reason I'm so excited? Because it's only 4 days a week! 

Look, I don't love working out. I do it because it makes me feel good once I'm finished, it helps me keep my energy up on long working-mom days, and when I don't take care of myself, I'm far more likely to snap at my husband (sorry, babe). 

LIIFT4, the newest soon-to-be-released workout program, was created by Joel Freeman and all it takes is four days a week and a pair of dumbbells. It's all about lifting weights and HIIT cardio (high intensity interval training). The program is 8 weeks long, with 32 different workouts - yes, you'll do a different workout every single time you press play. Plus, all the workouts are about half an hour long so you're not wasting precious hours of the day getting the results you want! 


Whether you are brand new to weight-lifting or you want something new to take your fitness to the next level, LIIFT4 was created with everyone in mind.

Oh, yeah! All workout programs from Beachbody come with a nutrition guide. I'm basically a child when it comes to figuring out what to eat (can I have ice cream for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?) and it took me years to understand portion control, so these meal plan guides have saved me on the daily.
